Program Introduction

The "User Value Innovation" interdisciplinary program is designed to foster international exchange and cultivate high-end talent. Students participating in this program will study at Chiba University as formal exchange students. The program aims to equip students with design thinking, data science, and business planning skills, which are essential for achieving outstanding performance in their future careers. This interdisciplinary program is open to graduate students from various fields.

Program Details

• Program Fees: 989,500 Japanese yen per person (approximately 48,800 Chinese yuan), including:

Application Requirements

1. Full-time Master's Students (all fields and years)
2. Interest in "User Value Innovation" and design concepts; priority given to those with relevant academic backgrounds
3. Excellent academic performance and conduct
4. Recommendation by the home university
5. Existence of a project cooperation agreement between the home university and Chiba University

Life as an Exchange Student

1. Accommodation: Guidance on applying for accommodation will be provided after acceptance
2. Student Benefits: Access to university facilities, including libraries, campus networks, cafeterias, and other teaching facilities
3. Transportation: Eligibility to purchase student tickets with a Chiba University student ID
4. Part-time Work: Permission to work up to 28 hours per week with a "Qualification for Part-time Work" permit, but income from part-time work should not be relied upon for living expenses
